Made to order. Every ALMAAN piece is produced after you place your order, so it is made for you rather than pulled from a shelf. From the day of purchase to the day it arrives at your door, production and shipping take approximately three weeks.
Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. Orders ship with USPS, and we'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If something isn't right with your order, the size exchange and defect policies below have you covered.
Need a different size? You can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn and still has its tags. Bring it to the studio at 1844 Polk St, Hollywood, FL during studio hours, or send it to us by mail — for exchanges by mail, return shipping is paid by the customer and we cover shipping on the replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and send photos on WhatsApp at (754) 201-1375 or by email at almaandesign@gmail.com. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method, and we cover all shipping costs. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
